The Otłoczyn railway accident (Polish: Katastrofa kolejowa pod Otłoczynem) was a train crash which occurred on 19 August 1980, near the village of Otłoczyn (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, northern Poland). At 4:30 a.m., a freight train collided with a passenger train which ran from Toruń Main Station to Łódź Kaliska.
