Aringay

Aringay , officially the Municipality of Aringay (; ), is a second class municipality in the province of La Union, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 50,380 people. Known in Philippine History as the birthplace of revolutionary leader Diego Silang, its economy is based primarily on agriculture, producing rice, tobacco and fruit crops as economic staples.
