BRUJULEA holds and domains henceforth DOMAINS.

2. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Service govern the conditions of use and access to all the web pages included in the domains, hereinafter WEBSITES, as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its content, text, images, videos and any other information protected by national and international laws on intellectual property.

The content is protected notably under Article 12 of this Royal Decree, as data collections. It is prohibited the reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of that property without the express written BRUJULEA.

Unauthorized use of intellectual property by third parties will give rise to liability, criminal and/or civil and other legally established. BRUJULEA not be liable for user infringements affecting the rights of others.

10. Force Majeure

Force Majeure is considered any event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties or any other contingency that can not be foreseen, that is inevitable according to the stipulations and jurisprudence of Article 1.105 of the Spanish Civil Code. If for reasons of Force Majeure interrupt service under this contract, that obligation would be suspended during the time and to the extent that it was justifiable.

12. Law and Jurisdiction

The relations between BRUJULEA and User shall be governed by the provisions of the current regulations regarding the applicable law and jurisdiction. However, for cases in which the rules provide the opportunity to the parties to submit to a jurisdiction, BRUJULEA and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain.
