Valledupar
Valledupar (Spanish: [baʝeðuˈpaɾ]) is a city and municipality in northeastern Colombia. It is the capital of Caesar Department. Its name, Valle de Upar (Valley of Upar), was established in honor of the Amerindian cacique who ruled the valley; Cacique Upar.
