San Felipe (Spanish: [saɱ feˈlipe]), known colloquially as "San Felipe Torres Mochas" (Spanish: [saɱ feˈlipe ˌtorez ˈmotʃas]), is a Mexican city and municipality located in the northwest region of the state of Guanajuato.
