Manoel Urbano

Manoel Urbano (Portuguese: [mɐnuˈɛw uʁˈbɐ̃nu]) is a municipality located in the center-western region of the Brazilian state of Acre. As of 2010 it was one of the poorest municipalities in Brazil, with a low Human Development Index.
